First, our cleaning solutions provider will come to your business and give you a free estimate. Our Cleaning Specialist will walk through the areas that are desired to be cleaned discussing your concerns and expectations. Our cleaning solutions specialist will identify any problem areas such as heavily soiled frames, damages to screens or windows, screen removal or replacement ( Sun or Bug Screens), or clearing the work area of breakables before our technician arrives to do the job. Your specialist will talk with you about these areas and what can be done to correct these issues and address your concerns, while making note of any special tools, ladders, or cleaners that may be needed for your project. Our friendly office staff will be happy to set up permanent and reliable window cleaning at 1 or more of your locations. A Cleaner View offers weekly, every other week, and monthly commercial window cleaning. Invoicing is available, and multiple locations may be billed as separate invoicing with one itemized statement or separate invoicing and statements per location.

All window technicians will arrive in professional attire to our industry, bring the very best in window cleaning gear, and wrap any ladder footings while in your business. All screens (bug or sun) will be removed and cleaned with our very own screen cleaning process (best in the industry). All windows will be cleaned inside and out (unless otherwise specified), with all sills, frames, or panes wiped or cleaned completely. All remaining water indoors will be cleaned up before the tech leaves. Anything our tech has moved or taken out of the window (like signage etc.) will be replaced as it was originally in the windows. All screens if necessary will be replaced before technician wraps up. Any shutters, drapes or curtains to be cleaned should be discussed with your specialist on the estimate or can be set up through our office.
